As we live in Brisbane we naturally ordered a water tank from a local supplier, however, after waiting 16 weeks and making numerous phone calls, with still no delivery date in sight, we cancelled the order. Our landscaper then told us about another client who had a similar experience in Brisbane and had resorted to ordering a tank from a company in Sydney, receiving their tank within four weeks. We found the website of Rainwater Storage Tank with a 3440lt squat tank to suit our needs perfectly.

Rainwater Storage Tanks' quote, including delivery from Sydney to Brisbane was considerably cheaper than the local Brisbane company, with an estimated delivery timeframe of three to four weeks! We ordered the tank on Friday, 15/6/07 and it was delivered on Friday, 6/7/07 at 7am. Who would ever think the delivery of a water tank could fill someone with so much joy! Might I add how impressed I am with the prompt turn around and service. Due to lack of responses from a previous supplier, I had emailed a couple of other suppliers at the same time as your company and have not yet had a response to that initial opportunity. I spent some 28 years in Customer Service and Account Management (prior to self employment) and it is so refreshing to see that it is still alive. I only wish I had discovered your company a few months ago and will certainly be singing its praises in the future.
